The Evolution of an Industry
What an owner needs to know before buying construction services
Heusuk Legacy
Marketing - Work in progress
My goal with this dissertation was to focus on the blood, sweat, and tears of pioneers who made the pole building into a viable industry. As the book progressed and interruptions occurred, such as the Covid 19 lockdown, and philosophical contrasts became apparent that were non-existent during the developing period in the beginning of the pole building, I was compelled to include my life's experience in the final chapters.
This book is designed to help prospective construction service buyers
on their path to purchasing construction services for the first time. This book is available on Amazon in Kindle format.
Conversely, the book is ideal for teaching people wanting to sell construction services. There are hurdles an owner has to overcome before a buying decision can be made. Helping an owner overcome the hurdles could exponentially increase the chance of clinching the order.
Greetings. Yes, I am the author of these three books. My name is prominently visible on all publications. To order, simply type my name into the Amazon’s search box.
The Heusuk Legacy book is available only on specil request.

In my latest book, the Heusuk Legacy stretches from Plauen, Germany during the height of the 3rd Reich, to the destruction of the city in the last few days of WWII, to Ostfriesland, where I grew up on a farm working with 18th-century farming methodology simply because farm equipment had been confiscated for war efforts.
I immigrated to the USA and, after serving in the US Army with a stint in Germany with the 28th Infantry, I returned to Illinois and was hired into the fledgling company that grew into the industry leader of the farm building industry, Morton Buildings. If you travel across the country today, the sheer number of pole buildings or derivatives thereof in which people live, work, play, study, or worship has reached astronomical proportions.
This is precisely the focal point of the Evolution of the Pole Building, for which Morton Buildings, since its inception, set the pace in terms of design, functionality, and longevity. My intent was to dwell on and give credit to my colleagues who, with their sweat, blood, and tears, made it possible. I highlighted historic events, such as the forming of the NFBA, design features, management styles, effects of incentive programs, stemming unionism, and much more.
Conversely, I learned what a buyer of construction services ought to know before committing to a contract, which I outlined in the booklet "What Every Owner Ought to Know Before Buying Construction Services."
At the respectable age of 80, I became deeply involved with Classical Christian Education after reading the book "The Battle for the American Mind" by now Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. Look for new releases pertaining to the 250th birthday of our great nation, inspired by the question, "Why was the Declaration of Independence written in North America and not in Africa or elsewhere?" on my website (http://its-me-rkh.com).
